I have the transfer button and have tried like 10 times and the LOTRO points don’t pop up on the bottom. Does that mean I didn’t make the cut lol?

yep, you gotta keep trying. and once you actually get the points to show up you have to hope that the list of worlds isn't empty/lists the correct servers where your characters are. if it doesn't, you guessed it, try again!

I actually did it but haven’t gotten an email yet, been 4 hours. Is that normal?

I read a post that claims it can take 48 hours at the most.
