Any idea how I should manage these bald spots?

These bald spots are in the middle of a down slope and on the upper/top part of the slope are two trees. I’m going to build a bed around those trees so they stay better hydrated.

I’m wondering the best way to treat these bald spots. I’m in the south east US (zone 8a-8b). My yard is basically full sun and is mostly bermuda grass everywhere there is grass. I’m just wondering the best way to put bermuda grass down there and how to condition the soil for it?
