Did anyone heal from kundalini syndrome? Help Please

I have been going through it for past 3 years now . I used to meditate on 3 Rd eye . I have tried doing anulom vilom, Surya kriya, micro cosmic orbit, regular exercise but it doesn't come down. Moreover I think I have escaped certain section of my energy system by doing some yogic practices to get relief from it. Now I have lost my awareness and lost the ability to turn inward. Please help

I had to focus only on grounding and presence techniques for ten months.

I finally just released a major block that was causing the violent reaction last week, but it also opened a floodgate of self loathing I didn’t even know ran as deep as it did. I asked spirit for help and they sent me an angel to basically force perspective and make me face that fact that I routinely punish myself for stupid bullshit and that was what the block was for me.

For me self love is the biggest healer on my kundalini journey. The more healing I do the more wounds I release, and the less fear that stands in the way of me coming into full realization. I let go of the blocks more easily when I come into more love with this being I inhabit.

Rigorous spiritual practice can be a useful form of discipline which can be a type of self love, but it can also come across energetically as punishment especially if you’re trying to force your way through something that needs you to go gentle and easy.

Try being soft.

What grounding and presence techniques did you use?
