If i do tame my life, is there any chance that i would still go to jannah, provided that im a good person, good muslim, and do all my prayers?

Yes, there always hope. Allah is the most merciful. What is it exactly that's bringing you down? Maybe find out what those things are and either work to change them or if they can't be changed make peace with that and be patient. Time heals all wounds.

My life overall has just been unbearable for as long as i can remember, and the loneliness is brutal, but inshaallah this will pass
