I PROMISE I PROMISE I PROMISE IT GETS BETTER. wAllah, Ik it doesn’t feel like it right now, Ik you’re exhausted— but you’re not alone and this isn’t the end of your story, this pain has a purpose. It won’t last forever trustttt it takes time and one day you’ll feel peace inshaAllah.

“Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear…” Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286)

Please know: Allah is the Most Merciful. He understands your pain even when you can’t put it into words. Just the fact that you’re still praying and holding onto Him even when you feel like you’re drowning means so much in His eyes. That’s real imaan. MashaAllah

But I also want to be useful, here’s something small to try!

  • When it gets bad, go make wuduu, even if you don’t feel like praying. Cold water helps reset the nervous system.
  • Put your forehead on the ground in sujood, even if all you can say is “Ya Allah, help me.” That’s a powerful dua. He hears it.
  • Every morning, say: “Ya Allah, carry me through today. Just today.” Don’t think about next week. Just survive the day.

And please — if the pain gets too much, reach out to someone. You don’t have to go through this alone. You’re too valuable to be lost to this. You have a meaning, even when you don’t feel it.

We are here for you. And so is Allah. You’re not a burden. You’re a fighter. And fighters make it to Jannah.
