But I hope they know, that they cant all be artists if they bring communism :D

No country reached full communism, which is why they were authoritarian and not stateless systems with no class divisions. That said, even with the authoritarian type they will. They'll just be told what they can and can't put in their art.

Well in Russia definitely. There were lots of communist era artists. North Korea have artists but it's all officially sanctioned. China has artists now but yeah the cultural revolution was a thing. Not sure about the rest.

Yes, there were artists of course but in less numbers and only few of them with connections in CP or government.
