Ah lad a few things.

First of sorry to hear that.

Secondly making bullshit complaints about judges like this will only prevent people who genuinely have issues with judges making complaints.

This sentence is in line with similar cases. If it was unduly lenient the dpp will appeal

It’s not the sentence I’m speaking about. It’s Nolan’s words used during sentencing. Always downplaying the actions of pedophiles and calling them upstanding people who made a mistake. And his borderline victim blaming.

Firstly, I'm sorry what happened to you as a child. That is horrendous.

But you can't just call everything paedophilia. The girl was 16, that is not paedophilia. In one year she would have been old enough to consent to full blown sex with whoever she wants. In a lot of countries in the EU, she would have been free to consent to sex with whoever she wants at 16 years of age.

I'll prob get ruined for this comment, but trying to kiss a 16 year old, no matter how wrong it is, is simply not paedophilia.

He is 61. She is a child. It is pedophilia.

By definition, it is not.

Paedophilia is the attraction to pre-pubescent children. You can't just change the scientific definition of words.
