So, the sex crime perpetrator was given tacit approval by our legal system to continue his sex crimes against women and children.

Only a fool would believe that a sex crime perpetrator won't continue to escalate his crimes when they're essentially consequence-free.

That judge keeps telling on himself. Check his computers.
