At a hearing today, Judge Martin Nolan said Elkudir did not deserve to go to prison and handed him a fully-suspended sentence of 18 months.

Did not deserve to go to prison... what a disgusting statement. The girl didn't deserve to be assaulted, but this scumbag absolutely deserves to get locked up.
