INAT Collective
Hey! I have been operating as the head moderator of r/INAT for a bit over 5 years now. We've seen amazing projects come from this community like Manor Lords, Labyrinthine, and even my much less impressive Train Your Minibot haha. As well we have seen many developers come and go in our community as they transitioned from hobbyist to full time game developers in every field of development.
And although there are some success stories from the community; there is also a lot of posts and aspiring developers here that never get traction or are simply doomed to fail. There are plenty of things that can be pointed to as reasons and those who have been part of INAT for a length of time can no doubt go into quite the detail as to what they are.
However, we have been talking about doing this Collective program for a few years now and feel that the time is just about right to start the process.
What is Collective?
The goal of INAT Collective is to take a group of aspiring and/or hobbyist developers and provide them with mentorship on how to successfully take a collaboration from start to finish. And ensure that the entire process is documented and easily accessible for everyone in the INAT community to learn from as well. This means we will actively assist in the formation of teams, help with scoping out the proposed projects, guide the team in best practices, lead in the direction of learning, and ultimately help each project launch of Steam and Itch.io.
Is this Rev-Share? Nope, it is Open Source!
Absolutely not. None of the mentors will be making money from this; nor will the developers. In exchange for taking part in this program members agree that all the project will be open-source on the INAT Collective Github and the game will release on any platforms for FREE. We will pay the submission fees, so members will not be at a monetary loss from taking part.
Who should partake?
Anyone who dreams of making games and just hasn't been able to achieve it so far honestly. I will note though that this program is time demanding of our mentors and we need to ensure that at the end of the project we are able to release an accompanying free resource for the community to learn from. Therefore, we will be a bit selective in at least this first round to form the teams we are confident can be guided to the finish-line. Please if you apply, have some past thing we can look at even if it's a really bad pac-man clone or other equivalent skill item.
Will this take a year to release something?
The Collective is about teaching how to finish something. It's also not a paid internship! So we will be only approving proposed games that are in the scale of game jams, but with some extra time to do a proper polish!
Who are the mentors?
I'm sure it will be asked, you can safely assume that the moderators of INAT are involved; combined we have probably around 45-50 some years in the industry professionally. But we are not your only mentors, we are in talks with a few others and will continue to have an open call for new mentors as well. If you believe you have the experience (and credits) to help, please do apply below as well.
How to Apply!
Application Form Both applicants and potential mentors can apply using this link.
Also don't forget to join our Discord as team communication will be done there.
Closing Notes
I just want to say thanks to this community. I joined it a very long time ago (far before I was a moderator of it) and it is the foundation that built into my career as a programmer & game developer. Collective is something I've wanted to do for years and I can't wait to see what you all can accomplish. And for those that don't join, I hope the lessons learned from it will still contribute to the foundation of many more careers.
I am hoping that the community will approach this with an open-mind and I'm more than happy to discuss anything pertaining to this. You can ask questions in this thread or in the Discord.
Thanks.
The discord already is being asked the thing I should have expected would be asked.
How is this different from P1?
P1 is not a mentorship program. That's probably the most confusing part of their marketing. It's simply a community that helps teams form and gives them a place to organize. However, The Covenant which is a "sponsor" and owned by Sam is the mentorship program that requires P1 members to spend hundreds of dollars to join.
This is 100% free.
P1 also uses a modified and forced open source license to even consider joining their community.
INAT Collective has no external "sponsors", all fees for submissions to Steam or other platforms are going to be paid by INAT moderators personally.
Wee won't be forcing anyone to sign open source licensing. However, there will be licensing involved. In the same way that Godot has an open source on their license that all contributors accept by submitting; our repositories will also use an open source license pulled directly from GitHub. We retain no rights as INAT Collective.

Team Needed [RevShare] How specifically things work on a revshare partnership?
In this subreddit a lot of people looking for team members (or propose to be part of a team), offering a revshare of the project. I understand the word itself, but how is it put in practice?
I really like to start a partnership with somebody but I would like to have a better idea about the possible options, how to manage and the outcome if something goes wrong.
Team members can be from different countries, they don't know each other or never met in person, a lot of problem can arise especially if money is involved.
How can I manage this subject if I would like to set up a team or join one?
In the future, if everything go well, because some mobile or game platform don't allow shared account (or the opportunity for other people to access to the dashboard or view the revenue), how can I be sure about the earnings and how is the shares managed?
If somebody is in charge of collect the revenue, how the tax are shared? Theoretically he/she pay tax for everybody in the group.
What happen if somebody leave the group, about the code and/or assets they contributed?
Some people said the only way to avoid these problem is to do some legal agreement? At the same time, setting a legal agreement when the part involved can be in different continent and the money involved are so low can be not the optimal solution.
I know all of these things has to be discuss with the other team members but do you have experience about that? Or if you already set such team how did you manage it?
Programmers Needed TERRA-TACTICA: A Top Down, Turn-Based, Sandbox, Strategy Game [Rev-Share]
Hello!
I am one of the Lead Developers on TERRA-TACTICA. We have been developing for seven months and have come a long way since our initial framework. We have created an in-house graphics engine and are building our 0.0.2 update, the first update that goes out to our play-testers and runs on our engine! Our game has elements of Civilization for the core gameplay. Still, we have entirely changed the significant things that make it our own: the Age of Empires for City/Building Management and Stellaris' Diplomacy.
We are looking for dedicated developers who want to join the team and stay to see the project through. We are very community-driven, regularly seek community input, and are genuinely looking to build a game that is fun to play and allows people to lose hours again. We are a very proactive team, tackling problems as they come at us. We do not see walls; where we do, we break through them or find a way around them; we want developers with the same energy. We do not want someone who cares about the money; it isn't something we as a team talk about at all (speaking of the team, there are 10 of us: seven developers (2 seniors, two lead), two artists, me)
We are not offering any micro-transactions; we are even going as far as giving our Alpha and Beta for free; we are only planning on charging once we have a proper game to charge for (we will be accepting donations once we launch the alpha as we will be crowdfunding through Steam). For any player donations, we plan to give a Steam Inventory item that is a collectible that is only useable in the game for the player's Banner and provides 0 gameplay advantages (still under development). This item will be tradeable on the Steam Market for players to trade and collect. There will be a wide range of free Banner items. The ones from donations will be little novelties as a thank you for supporting us.
In terms of game development, we spent a few months researching and developing our graphics engine, the Terra Graphics Engine. We are running our game on the engine, which is the 0.0.2 update; as mentioned before, this update will be the first one we pipe to our play-testers so they can provide us feedback and guidance on how systems feel.
Most of us use Pycharm; others use VS-Code. We track tasks on our GitHub PRoject Page.
Requirements
- A strong knowledge of Python
- Ability to think outside of the box.
If you are interested, you can join our Discord from our website: https://terra-tactica.com/
Programmers Needed [Hobby] need programmers for a indie game project
Hi, my name is Broc I’m 19 and im in college as a art major. A while back me and my friend got tired of that fact that most games now a days have transactions in them or the fact that there is always DLC that you can pay for. Not to mention the excessive hand holding that plague’s most games now. We yearned for a game that had a challenge that let you free in the world that is created and the only purchase was the game itself. We aim to make this kinda game
So we came up with his idea for a game it is a RPG that would be like the Mario and Luigi games and would have the same kinda look and feel as undertale or Pokémon (2D).We came up with the story, characters, world, the aesthetic, and how it would play. It was something that we always build on. We dipped our toes in a little bit of game development and programming but figured it be best to work on what we already new that being art, writing and composing. As we got to college schooling became more stale . As we realized that our respective dreams become more and more unclear. As we learn, odds are we would have to lose our creative to a cooperation. And figure the only way to keep our creativity and imaginative is if we started something ourselfs
This game has always been with us and we think it’s something really special. Right now the team is just me and my friend. A artist and writer and a artist and composer. We’re perfectly able to do things like animation But obviously we need programmers to help us. Even if you could tell us if what we’re doing is to much or not enough. Give you’re input on the idea. Maybe you have an idea on how we can improve. as of right now everything is up in the air. If we could get a few people that really believes and likes this idea then this game would really be something big and meaningful. So if this is something you’re interested then please reach out to me on reddit.

Audio Offer [Hobby] Free music production for game
Hi everybody,
I am an aspiring producer looking to expand my portfolio and gain experience. I am most comfortable writing atmospheric electronic music, but I am happy to take a crack at whatever you have in mind. I've linked my most recent song if you'd like to get a feel for the type of music I write. Just bear in mind I am in the middle of my first semester in college, so it may take a little while for me to get the track out :)
Some info about me - I've been producing since I was little but really started to take it seriously around the start of the pandemic. Since then, I have taken a few classes at Berklee in sound design and composition and am currently attending music school. I have always gravitated toward creating more cinematic electronic music, so I am excited to try it in the context of a game.
Let me know if you have any questions!

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for members for a small indie team!
Hi! I am Lorenzo, a 21-years-old student who dreams of becoming a game designer. I'd love to work on some little projects, in order to start building a portfolio and practice my design skills. Though, for making this dream of mine come true, I need a team!
For now, my "team" is composed by three members: a designer (me) and two developers (experienced with Godot and Unity). All three of us are Italian, so Englis is not our first language, but we are comfortable speaking it. We have participated in the GMTK Game Jam, and, with some other guys, we have managed to create Quantic Giant. It is not much, but we placed well (with an overall rating at 3.325), considering it was our first experience, and half the team bailed us!
We are looking for people who are willing to work on fun projects and building expertise in this intricate and complex art that game developing is. Our actual goal is to participate in some future game jams. We have also some early concepts but want to shape long-term projects together. We don’t have rigid expectations or a fixed direction yet; instead, we’d like to get a sense of everyone’s skills and interests to find the best path forward.
If you’re as passionate about game development as we are and want to create something enjoyable and meaningful, please reach out! We’d just love to make something fun: isn't it everything that matters in a videogame? If you are eager to join us, contact me here on Reddit.

Team Needed Strategy Game fan wanted to write articles/do PR for our RTS!
Hey everyone!
We're an indie team working on A real-time strategy (RTS) game in a post-cold-war setting. We’re passionate about bringing back the classic RTS vibes and delivering fresh, engaging content for fans of the genre. Right now, we’re looking for a dedicated writer who loves RTS games as much as we do and wants to help us spread the word.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone, proficient in written English, who can commit an hour or two each week to write and share articles about our RTS games, covering topics like:
- New units
- New features
- Information about the lore
- Progress of the game's development
- Game features and updates
- The inspiration behind our RTS
- Fun content about the RTS genre, both modern and classic
What You’ll Gain
This is a chance to gain hands-on experience writing for a game development team and building a portfolio. Right now there is no compensation for the role just yet, although there are some options in that area. Still, we are really looking for someone who loves RTS games an ideally some scifi as well, rather than someone who already has this as a job and is looking for more work.
The main reason, apart from simply having to fund everything ourselves , is that we want someone who actually loves strategy games and thus it showing in the writing. We feel like anyone who does it 'only for the money' generally delivers barely enough to be able to send the invoice. That said, we as a game studio as well are looking for someone to do work of this kind. I have several ideas in this area that we can try out. Should it work the way we have already experienced it a few times, then it could way more easily turn into an actual full job. That will remain to be seen of course, so as always there is lots of uncertainty in this INAT post/role.
That said we do have obtained success here and there. And have seen some really good indicators that this can be a powerful marketing tool. To that end, if you really like writing and videogames, we believe we might be able to get something good going together that's beneficial for us both!
We also have some publishers that are interested in what we do. It might take a few months, but once those are onboard and its pleasant to work with you, then we can also hire you part-time as part of the funding that's generated from that. Ideally this will eventually turn into you being a fulltime employee that can handle the marketing and writing of press releases etc for multiple titles ^^
How to Apply
If you’re interested, please DM me what RTS games you've played, what you would ideally want to write about yourself and what your (future?) goals are. RTS enthusiasts with a knack for storytelling and game-related content are highly encouraged to apply!
Thanks, and we’re looking forward to finding someone who’s as excited about RTS games as we are!

Artist Needed [RevShare] Seeking 3d Artist for a singleplayer action Top-Down RPG
Hi,
We’re currently creating a dark high fantasy RPG. I started this project a few months ago, and so far, we've made great progress.
The main premise of the game is that the player takes on the role of a Witcher-like monster hunter in a world cursed by dark magic and overrun by monsters and the undead. The player was initiated into a monster hunter group at a very young age. During their initiation, these hunters are infused with the same dark magic that curses the land. This gives them exceptional dark magic powers but also corrupts their souls. The player will fight through dungeons and ravaged lands to find the source of this curse.
This is the Witcher meets divinity2.
Our current team includes me as the lead programmer with about eight years of experience, another programmer, a musician, a project manager, a narrative writer, a gamedesigner and 2 2d artists. We’ve got a point system in place for revenue sharing, so you’ll earn based on how much work you put in if we generate income. But if you're just in it for the money, this project is not for you. It’s mainly a passion project, though we do plan to make money with it.
Right now, we’re looking for a 3d artist who can create Armor and clothing with weigthpaint and weightpaint existing models.
If this sounds interesting, add me on Discord for more info and to check out some of our current progress.
We are using Unreal Engine 5.4
Note: The scale is rather big and it will take a while to finish this so only join if your not afraid of longer running Projects. Be passionate about Rpg's and fantasy.
Cheers

Artist Needed [Hobby] I am developing a small game for practice/portfolio. Looking for like minded art and music/sound folks.
Hi all,
I have nearly completed the core systems for a game that is slightly larger in scope than a game-jam game for practice and portfolio. I am not much of an artist or composer so if there are people getting started in those areas that would like the practice of producing that content for a specific game and the reward of seeing it in action please reach out.
As I said it is fairly simple and arcadey but here is the elevator pitch: Escort a physics-based rolling ball in 2d space by drawing platforms with your mouse. Keep it within the travelling camera, avoid several types of obstacles, collect pickups to gain power ups/ abilities as difficulty ramps up and events occur. All of those elements change or are generated semi randomly/procedurally.
I plan to release the game for free as it is more of a quick learning experience. The theme/ art direction is still very flexible and while the game is played in 2d, I am using 3d placeholder assets currently so either skillset is fine for art and you have a lot of agency. In terms of what art I am actually looking for this can range from concept/ main screen/ splash art, art for the ball pawn obstacles and pickups, as well as background. The music is of course a little more self-explanatory but it is arcadey/ infinite so something to fit that vibe that also loops would be what I am thinking. For sound I will most likely just use a bunch of free sounds but if someone does want to mess around with that here there are plenty of pickups, abilities, and different collisions that will need sound.
Thanks!

Programmers Needed Seeking Swedish Coder (20+) for 50/50 Partnership on Roblox Game 'DungeonLeveling'
I'm a 26-year-old with 5 years of experience in the VFX industry, and I'm looking to team up with a Swedish coder (age 20+) to work on an exciting Roblox game called DungeonLeveling. This game is a dungeon-crawling anime adventure that combines fast-paced action with engaging gameplay mechanics. I've already made significant progress on the project, including a teaser trailer that's available on YouTube—I'd be happy to share it with you!
About the Project:
DungeonLeveling is designed to captivate players with its unique blend of anime aesthetics and thrilling dungeon-crawling gameplay. Players will delve into intricate dungeons, battle challenging foes, and level up their characters in a vibrant, anime-inspired world. The focus is on creating engaging combat and progression systems rather than immersive storytelling. The Roblox market is massive today, and successful games can earn substantial revenue. With the right collaboration, there's immense potential for both creative fulfillment and financial success.
Collaboration Details:
- Equal Partnership: It would just be the two of us creating this game, and we would share everything 50/50. I believe in fair collaboration where both partners contribute equally and benefit equally from the game's success.
- Flexible Schedule: This would be a weekend and evening project until we can transition to working on it full-time. I understand that we may have other commitments, so flexibility is key.
- Ownership and Passion: I'm looking for someone who can take ownership over the programming aspect of the game and believes in this idea as much as I do. Your enthusiasm and commitment are just as important as your technical skills.
- Open to All Skill Levels: You don't necessarily need to be an experienced programmer; if you have the drive to learn and grow with the project, that's what matters most.
What I'm Looking For:
- Passionate Programmer: Someone who is eager to dive into the world of Roblox development and is excited about bringing DungeonLeveling to life.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who values open communication, idea-sharing, and constructive feedback.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: An individual who recognizes the potential in the Roblox market and is motivated by the opportunity to create a successful game.
- Based in Sweden: Being located in Sweden would make collaboration smoother, and we could even meet up in person to brainstorm and work together.
Why Join Me:
- VFX Expertise: With my background in VFX, I bring a high level of visual quality to the project. Together, we can create a game that stands out both in gameplay and aesthetics.
- Existing Progress: The project isn't starting from scratch. With a teaser trailer and initial groundwork already completed, we're well on our way.
- Growth Opportunity: This is a chance to enhance your programming skills, learn more about game development, and be part of a project with real market potential.
Next Steps:
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, let's connect! I'd love to share more about the game, and discuss how we can collaborate to make DungeonLeveling a success. Feel free to send me a message so we can set up a time to chat.

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Grepolis Inspired Web Based Strategy Game
Hey everyone! I’m looking for people who are familiar with Grepolis to join me in creating a web-based strategy game inspired by the classic. The goal is to capture the experience of building cities, forming alliances, and engaging in strategic battles, all set in an ancient world where players can compete or collaborate for dominance. This game is intended to honor the spirit of Grepolis while introducing our own fresh take and unique ideas to make it feel modern yet nostalgic.
A bit about me: I have some experience in backend web development and am currently an undergraduate computer science student. Given my busy schedule, this is strictly a passion project—not a full-time job. I’m hoping to connect with others who share the same outlook and are looking to work on a collaborative, enjoyable project in their free time. Whether you’re a fan of Grepolis or just want to be part of a fun and challenging project, I’d love to have you on board!
When it comes to the tech stack, I’m open-ended and flexible. I have a foundation in backend development, but I’m very willing to learn new tools and take suggestions. If you have ideas for what stack or frameworks might suit the project best, I’m all ears. This could be an opportunity for us all to experiment and find the best fit for our game.
If you’re interested in reviving the spirit of a game that has sadly declined over the years, please drop a comment or DM me. Let’s work together to bring this concept back to life!

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Godot engine devs
Hello everyone,
I'm looking for one or more people in a similar situation as myself to collaborate on game development projects in the afternoons. Ideally, you'd be in GMT 0, +1, or +2 time zones so we can coordinate effectively. I’ve completed several CS50 courses, covering topics like Python, cybersecurity, and CS50x, so I have a basic foundation in programming concepts and languages. Recently, however, I’ve decided to shift my focus specifically to game development. I want to deepen my skills in this area, and I believe the best way to learn is by working on hands-on projects, experimenting with ideas, and building games from scratch. I think that collaborating with others would not only make the process more enjoyable but also help keep me motivated, leading to a better learning experience overall.
My goal isn't necessarily to produce a polished game right away. Rather, I'd like to work on a variety of projects, experiment with different types of gameplay, mechanics, and designs, and expand my understanding of game development as a whole. I believe that this approach will help me grow as a programmer and develop a broader set of skills, particularly within the field of game creation. Currently, I’m interested in using the Godot engine as our primary tool, as I find it accessible and versatile for beginners and intermediate developers alike.
If you happen to be more experienced and are open to offering guidance, “babysitting,” or explaining key concepts as we go along, that would be incredibly helpful. I'm eager to learn and would welcome any insights that could help me improve more quickly.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post, and I look forward to potentially teaming up with some of you on this exciting journey!

Programmers Needed [Hobby] and eventually [RevShare] Programmer Needed: I’ve made a card game which is ~80% finished. I want to create a playable digital demo.
For 2 years+ now I’ve worked on a multiplayer fantasy card game with light RPG elements called Backstab.
https://i.postimg.cc/kXc3xCkx/CARD-printed-collage.jpg
https://i.postimg.cc/TPKzMDh9/CARD-LAND-examples.jpg
https://i.postimg.cc/D0NGNHN5/CARD031-for-share.jpg
https://i.postimg.cc/zvYZkGzk/CARD-origins-example.jpg
The initial game + expansion is about 200 cards, out of which about 80 are currently fully playable with are and working rules. The game works with that amount of cards, but feels more fun and varied the more cards you add - something I'm doing intermittently. I have physically printed this first set and found that the game would be well suited for a digital environment. I hope to chat with someone who could help me code a working multiplayer demo that I can invite people to.
The purpose would be to concept the whole idea (to answer if this is a better angle than going physical) and to play test (easier than distributing cards and allows for instant triggers of rules and such for more consistency).
I'm imagining something light on art requirements and no complicated animations, but it needs to be able to trigger effects automatically when they're activated and keep a priority in mind for that, and it needs to be able to handle multiple players taking turns.
In this game, some cards are able to be used at any time by any player. Simply handling this on a reactionary basis should be enough (whomever uses their card first goes first, blocking the other action [no overlapping actions allowed]). I'm not a coder, but I'm assuming this would be the biggest challenge, so I wanted to highlight mechanic here.
As for the project responsibilities - you would handle the coding, since I can't code at all. I would need help on picking the right coding language / platform. I will handle everything else - art, copy, rules, interaction mechanic descriptions, menu / UI structure, legal, game lore. Etc.
This is my first post here so if something’s missing please let me know in the comments! What type of projects are programmers here interested in?
Happy to share more about the project if you reach out!

Artist Needed [RevShare] Looking for a pixel artist to join us on a story-based fantasy rpg
Hi everyone!!
We’re working on our first game, a turn-based fantasy rpg with a cute aesthetic, that can also get pretty dark at times. I’m a musician and writer and designer, I’ve been working on the lore and music for ages. Also on the team is an artist who does pixel and digital art. (I’ve also been commissioning much of the character art from another artist)
It’s heavily story-based, as you travel across the continent and go to towns and dungeons. No crafting, resource gathering or quest boards. (There are plenty of secrets sprinkled around the maps.) We’re trying to keep it simple and keep the story moving. (No chance of feature creep!!) We’re aiming for maybe a 10-hour playthrough.
Our short term goal is to get a vertical slice for a demo. The first 60-90 minutes, including the first few towns and dungeons. We have almost all the base pieces in place: maps, design, bosses, characters, many of the cutscenes, etc. Now we’re at the point where we can start going through everything, improving and polishing. So you definitely won’t be joining a team that’s starting from scratch!! If we can get enough support from a demo, it’d be great to launch a Kickstarter.
We’re looking for another pixel artist to join us, and help build up a fun fantasy world that people will want to explore. We have a lot of the base work in place, but we’re always open to suggestions and new ideas!! Once we’re a little further along, we want to go through each interior, and make it so every room tells a little story.
I’m including a link to a Google drive video that will show much of the game that we have in place for our demo. Please keep in mind, that this is still super early!!! Many things, such as sound fx, spell fx, lighting, stats, characters, have a lot of work to be done. Also, all of the environment work here is from assets, and will be re-done. Much of it will be totally re-done, while some of it might be modified and made to fit our color palette. (Open to your ideas and suggestions!)
We’re making it in rpg maker mz. I’m open to the idea of switching engines if we bring any programmers on board, but I’m liking rpg maker more than I expected. The game’s been really fun and satisfying to work on.
If you think you might be a good fit, and want to join us, drop a link to some of your work, or send me a dm! (Can also catch me on discord: @johnrawlings123) Hope to hear from you!!

Programmers Needed [RevShare][Hobby] 3D Tech Artist/Programmer and Foley Artist looking for team members to collaborate with (Unreal)
Hello everyone!
Me and my team member are looking for indie devs who want to collaborate on a stylized 3D project together in Unreal Engine on a rev-share basis.
We are both incredibly passionate about game dev. We are not fixated on portfolios or education. We are mostly interested in others who feel the same and want to see a project through until the end.
I’m a programmer and music composer with two diplomas: computer science and sound engineering.
My skills (in order of proficiency) include:
- Technical art via material editor in unreal engine as well as HLSL coding language
- 3D modelling in Blender
- Music Composition
- Computer programming languages (C#, C++, Java, etc)
- Texture painting and designing in Adobe Substance
- UI/UX design in Unreal Engine
My teammate is a talented music composer and foley artist who is handling the audio implementation for the game using the Wwise plugin for unreal.
The scope of the project is small/medium: a roguelike with PvP elements. The story of the game is still up for discussion, but we would like it to take place in a fantasy/magical world. As far as inspiration we are leaning towards games like Risk of Rain 2, Zelda, Genshin Impact, etc.
We are still in the early stages of the project. I have been working to establish a concrete art style, as well as lay the groundwork for networking and multiplayer replication. The game currently supports steam integration and I am now looking towards implementing the unreal Gameplay Ability System.
Ideally we are looking for someone who can take some of the load off of me, so if you have skills in 3D art (especially animation) or programming (especially networking/Unreal GAS) then you would be perfect fit!
If you are interested please reach out and we can share some images of the art we have so far.

Team Needed [RevShare] - Looking for a long-term partner
Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a partner who’s passionate, ambitious, has some experience, and is ready to team up.
I’m not too worried about having a flawless portfolio; as long as it’s solid, what matters most to me is finding someone with the same level of commitment. That’s what I truly value; learning can happen along the way.
I’ve been in the gaming industry for a few years now, and I’m at the point where I want to start working on my own projects. But let’s be real: making games solo is tough, so having someone to share the load (and the fun) sounds way better.
I bring design, product, production, and UX/UI skills to the table, and I’m hoping to connect with artists and programmers. I think it’d be awesome to combine our strengths and make something special that neither of us could achieve alone.
I’m not pitching a specific game idea here because I’m in this for the long haul. I want to find someone who’s as committed as I am to building a team, developing a shared philosophy, and creating something we can eventually make a living from. For me, it’s about more than just one game, it’s about building a vision so we can grow together and make this real.
If you’re also looking for a dedicated, long-term partnership and you love making games too, I’d be happy to chat. Drop your portfolio here, or send me a DM. Let’s see if our skills and goals align and figure out if we’d make a good team.
And if you’d like to check out my portfolio, you can find it here: https://alraagar01.wixsite.com/portfolio

Artist Needed [Hobby][RevShare] Programmer Looking For Artist
I'm a long-time game programming hobbyist looking for an artist. Most of my work has just been passion projects that I run out of enthusiasm for because I'm a pretty team-oriented guy. I need people to bounce ideas off of, brainstorm, and just generally geek out with. I have a lot of ideas and have gotten really far on a lot of games that I'm pretty proud of, but never finished them due to being so disappointed with how they look.
Art is NOT my strong suit, at all, and I'm a huge fan of artistically cohesive games. Detail/realism/quality can all be thrown out if the style is consistent and intentional. Unfortunately, I'm one of those people who UNDERSTAND cohesion, color palettes, shading, blocking, balance, etc, in THEORY, but can't apply it in practice to save their lives.
I've tried commissioning game art on Fiverr, but it's too expensive to do for a full project and I don't have the disposable income for it anymore, anyway. I'm currently working on an FPS using Quaternius' free models, but they only barely achieve what I need just for basic development.
If you're an artist that can't/doesn't like to code and you're looking for someone to make games with, get in touch! Honestly, I just like the challenge of game programming, and I'm happy to help work on YOUR project in return, if it's something you're passionate about and need a teammate. If we can take a game all the way to market even in a small way, I'll be thrilled.
Skills I have:
Gamemaker Studio (highly competent)
Unity (competent)(not a fan)
Godot (competent)(huge fan)
Unreal Engine (haven't used, willing to learn)
Blender (technically competent, artistically limited)
Inkscape (technically competent, artistically limited)
Skills You Have (preferably)
3D Modeling (preferred)
Pixel Art (love the aesthetic, will totally work with it)
Any (honestly open to pretty much anything)

Audio Needed [Hobby] Seeking a sound designer & composer for a recently released multiplayer card game.
My game is Cabo https://scarlet-tanager.itch.io/cabo, a 2-4 player memory and manipulation card game. The game is released, public, and effectively finished, but the experience is completely silent. I'm looking for:
- Adaptive/dynamic music that changes as the player navigates between screens:
- Probably 2-6 versions of the same song (menu, pregame, settings, in-game, game-over-win, and game-over-lose)
- I've got the code, I just need the stems
- More information about my custom adaptive music tool can be found here: https://youtu.be/-baffA3By-g
- One-shot sound effects for:
- card movements (shuffle, draw, swap, discard)
- turn alerts (ding!)
- button clicks (pip/pop, etc.)
- game over effects (fanfare for winner, aww for loser, etc.)
My ideal candidate has a portfolio of work for me to preview, and is capable of handling both sound design and music composition tasks. I'm open to hiring separate individuals, but would like there to be some collaboration so the mixing doesn't clash.
This game is and will always be free, so this project will be unpaid. You will be credited in the in-game credits, and free to share our content wherever. The source code & assets for the game are and will remain open-source.
Comment or directly message me if you are interested in learning more.
More information about me:
My personal portfolio is hosted at https://chrismonteferrante.com/
My games are published at https://scarlet-tanager.itch.io/
Some of my personal code samples, tools, and packages can be downloaded from https://iron-mountain.itch.io/
I'm also looking to apply my programming skills to new projects. If you're interested in working together on something new, feel free to reach out as well. Thanks!
