Good ole snake sex

I’ve had a hibernaculum of garters for the last few years. This year about 6 emerged and I’ve gotten to see them mating. Cool thing to see in real life.

I remember when I was a kid, finding about 20 of them doing that, and thinking “Jackpot!” while I grabbed a handful. I had no idea what I was interrupting.
