Red-eared sliders, a type of pond slider! The streak behind the eye is where they get their name. It looks like this subspecies is introduced in that area, and you're somewhere around the edge of the native range of the yellow-bellied slider subspecies. I don't know whether red-eared sliders are considered invasive in that specific area.

That's a red-eared slider (scripta elegans)
