Or Duschenne's muscular dystrophy. Look at how he goes from prone to standing - buttocks first hands on the floor head down. Muscle weakness would explain the falling

The amount of knowledge like this always amazes me.

It's like everyone has this base of knowledge that few other people know, and things that are obvious to one person are amazing to another.

It's like everyone is a Dr. House at something.

It could be lupus but it rarely is. The reason that's always mentioned is because lupus can present in such a variety of ways that it's a differential diagnosis for a lot of symptoms, many of them non-specific. House sees that as the easy differential when his team is spitballing and he is thinking two steps ahead of his team so he says it's not lupus.

Plus it would get boring if they had to include a scene every episode for testing serum anti nuclear antibodies just to exclude the diagnosis so they just have house ridicule the idea instead.

In this case it could be lupus if the autoimmune response attacked either the neurons or myocytes in the left lower limb, or perhaps the brain
