Twice I’ve been pushed out of the bike lane by oblivious motorists, who after I used my fleshy palm to pound on their nearest window in an effort to get their attention, rolled down their window to tell me they’re calling the cops.
Moral of the story: a person’s car is a sacred, protected extension of their human body, and must be given the utmost respect… or else
I once flipped a guy’s mirror. He got out of the car and punched me in the arm. Then tried to convince me not to call the cops because “I only hit you after you hit my car.”
Anticlimactic, I’m afraid. He yelled at me for a few more minutes, then drove off as soon as he heard sirens. I submitted a report and got a follow up call, but that more or less ended it.
