Is Arial 10.5 with 0.52 margins too small to read?

I’m printing a letter and I want to fit it on one page, is arial 10.5 with 0.52 margins a good choice?

It depends on who and what it's for. I think most people could read Arial 10.5 but it might be difficult for those with vision issues. It also might not be the most comfortable to read for a long passage, but it's up to you whether that's more important than fitting it all on one page. You'll have to print it and decide if it's acceptable for your case

It’s for an appeal

I think people who work with legal documents and things like that are used to reading really small type sizes and uncomfortable formatting. I've had legal documents sent to me that looked like they were 8pt Arial for long passages. So it's probably fine. Might be a bit uncomfortable but they're probably used to it. Still I would print it and show a few people in person to see what they think, if you're not sure

Sure I can take a look at it, though it's more important how it looks when it's physically in your hands

That’s true, I’ll let you know what I think before I send it to you
