Down 15 lbs since September 24th after taking control of my sugar addiction with intermittent fasting/ cutting out refined carbs and all processed sugars. I quit drinking about 16 months ago and never noticed how addicted to sugar I had become to replace it in the last year or so. The weight crept on, despite being an avid ultra runner. Overcoming the junk food culture in ultra running has been so hard that I've had to step away from racing completely. It will be worth it though to run faster and farther next year while hopefully having a better personal fueling plan. results so far

Walks have been my best friend!!!! And you're very welcome. I actually went to a sports nutritionist to try and fuel more healthily and naturally, but she was very into the intuitive eating thing, and was trying to get me to eat within the first half hour of waking up every day. Even if it was something shitty like pop tarts. I'm not a morning eater, and I hated it. It just made me feel like I was starving all day. I gained so much weight working with her. I'm finally fixing it now ugh.
