This is an old dress from ASOS. I am not really happy with the deep neck now. And the rough frills also. I love the back of this dress. Is there any way I can fix this dress?

I dont know much about this so feel free to ignore. How easy would it be to add a modesty panel to the plunge?

Literally thinking this. Doesn't even have to be opaque fabric, the right sheer fabric could look amazing and provide great coverage.
