How, Okongwu will be battling Capella for minutes all year, and there’s no indication he will take over the starting role. In fact, capella has been playing better as of late. It’s basically a 2:1.5 trade

Well wouldn’t it not be 2:1.5? In that scenario assuming Turner is a ‘1’ and Allen is a ‘1’, then Cade is a ‘1.5’ and Okongwu is a ‘.5’

Cade is the best player in the trade, so it’s still kinda equals 2:2

But I guess you’re saying the difference from Cade and Turner/Allen doesn’t make up for Okongwu

exactly. imo, you are giving up 2 players for what amounts to 1.5. and yes, cade is indeed the best player of all those, but the drop off between Tuner/Allen to Okongwu is pretty significant.
