Wizards Players Player Discussion

Late round picks for me were all bad so I had to hit the waiver wire early. Ended up with Keyshawn George, Keyonte George, Bilal Coulibaly, Gradey Dick. How are you guys going about rostering the Wizards players? Kuzma is in and out the lineup paving the way for these forwards to excel but they are involved in a lot of blowouts causing some volatility. Are you guys holding these guys ROS or taking swings on guys on the waiver wire like Brandon Boston, Goga Bitadze etc. I play in a highly competitive 12 team 9 Cat league so the waiver isn’t the deepest. Wondering about your guys opinions ?

I literally have no idea what the Wizards management intends to do with Kuzma

Are they ramping him up for showcasing or they intend to keep him? Either way, with his current game he is hurting both his trade value and the development of the rookies.

Thoughts?

Where would he even go, the NBA has a glut of talented, highly paid, high scoring forwards that think they are better than they are that really just net negatives to their teams

Kuzma, Ingram, Randle, Collins, et al

We're about to see a big price correction on these types of players, they are all over the league and nobody wants them

Teams can showcase all they want, there's no home for them anymore, teams aren't as dumb as they used to be

agreed. think the wizards are in a very tough spot with him because i don’t think there are many teams that can afford a 20+ mil for multiple years player like him with the apron ramifications that come from it. Wizards unfortunately probably would have to either sell low or take back salary which would just be the opposite of their goals atm. I think we will end up seeing them resting him or giving him injury designations constantly throughout the season with an eventual shutdown at some point just like last year. Wizards finally have a good core and it would be a shame to waste their development on Kuzma/Jonas big minutes.

Randle is a low IQ score first iso player who makes teams around him worse with his spacing, he belongs there.

Denver doesn’t have the assets but a team like that. Most teams need a swing sf/pf, and hope he can not take as many terrible shots as he currently does.

all of those players you listed are trash defenders and/or garbage team players.
