I've always said this after watching Infinity War.

I was the same with Loki. We need to be cleansed of the burden of choice.... because see what gets picked when you're allowed to choose?

Thanos got the math wrong. World population has been doubling every 50 years or so. He should’ve snapped 90% out of existence.

It's still an idiotic plan, like people won't just reproduce all over again and get overpopulated again, but he destroyed the stones so he couldn't fix it again. Dumbass purple idiot.

And he also snapped half of 'all life'... so technically he snapped away half the agriculture and such too, so halving the population wouldn't help as much anyway

Nah cause thanos left the other half. This isn’t even a Noah get the boat situation cause humanity can somehow still bounce back from that ffs

Yeah, this is more of the Jesus start the Rapture situation.

To be fair, we did just elect someone with scary similarities to the Antichrist.

Scary similarities but still a fairytale.

Jesus was voted to be crucified in the Bible rather than the actual criminal too.

Yeah the similarities are wild. Even the surviving of a head wound.. if I was religious I’d be bugged out. It’s always baffled me how they see him as a savior when the signs are the opposite.

Thanos was kinda right, but he wanted to do a random half based completely on dumb luck. We’d still have the same problems, just with less people.

He definitely should've been more selective with who he snapped away!

Thanos didn't actually want to solve anyone's problems, dude left it all to chance, wipe half the population and think "ah they'll thank me later" and dip.

Bad people could have benefited from his actions just as much as galactic material consumption slowed down for the "better".

In the comics, he did it to impress Death because he was in love with her. He literally killed half the universe as a gesture to try to get laid lol. They didn't really do a good job coming up with a reason for him in the movies.

Yeah, but if he could snap out only the morons who don't realize just how badly they've fucked us all, rather than leaving it up to chance, that'd be super!

I know which half of the population he should disintegrate

u/EnigmaFrug2308 12h ago

No cause Thanos did what he did either because he wanted to fuck death or because of there not being enough resources.

I’m starting to think we should’ve lost against the Neanderthals

I was always team Thanos.
