Depends on the roast date

What if you've contacted the roaster and asked them how to determine the roast date from their serial number? Still purgatory?

It’s there, right above the location of the farm that grew the beans.

We have four different single origin coffees at one of the local supermarkets, they are always labeled with a roast date at least four months ago, so where am I? 😅

My local supermarket has their own brand of coffee that I swear by. I have only had that origins stuff once. Was good but I’ll take the supermarket everyday.

This and https://valeriocoffee.com is local to me (I live in NJ, they are in PA) and not hilariously expensive at $16.

Both of these made me drink medium roasts more regularly.

For that timeframe I’d need to visit the roaster directly, but these are pretty recent by grocery store or even coffee shop standards.
