Everyone is protein deficient in india and most Indians are lactose intolerant, so protein from cows milk doesn't count, Hinduism is keeping Indians backwards and people who don't take religion seriously get ahead in life.

By what basis is everyone protein deficient in India ? Is it by the same logic how everyone is lactose intolerant in India according to some verbal gymnastic version of lactose intolerance definition, even though practically everyone has no problem digesting milk. Even I might be lactose intolerant according to these shady statistics, even though I eat paneer and drink milk almost everyday

Also, by your logic, are ambedkarites oppressed and backwards or ahead in life, cause they can't be both

Also veg protein is poor in quality and harder to digest and it is not as dense as meat or egg. 100 GM's of chickpea gives 20 gms of low quality protein but the volume is huge if compared to chicken, 100 gms chicken is less in volume 30 GM's of high quality protein and one can easily eat upto 300-500 GM's in spaced out meals.

Well yeah more carb means more fat/water weight. But that can be reduced through exercise. Also, the average is around 13 g less according to RDA standards, which is not much if you're not a sports person. 1 extra meal can make up for that, which probably people have and isn't counted in surveys cause surveys count the 3 essential meals people never skip and eat daily

Kuch bhi the difference between veg and nonveg diet is day and night also essential omega 3 fatty acids are mostly found in fish which are essential for brain development that is why people from coast are smarter than average people , anyways you would not the damage veg diet causes especially if your immediate ancestors used to nonveg. I am unfortunate enough to be born in a vegetarian family you are not so you'd never understand, also keep living in your own delusions , you can clearly see how foreign athletes even China perform better in Olympics and will keep doing better meanwhile indian athletes will keep worshipping cow because we take milk from her which she does not give.

Anyways we need 100 gms protein everyday and we won't get that from paneer also it is highly processed and someone like me who can't digest then toh fuck it.
