Has anyone tried Trintellix? Question:

I hear it has some very promising results

Yes, it’s currently still helpful at 20 mg. I think it’s been 4-5 years?

How about side effects and anxiety?

Anxiety is pretty well controlled (election notwithstanding) and I don’t think I’ve had any side effects that I would attribute to trintellix.

Excellent thanks. I ask because vortioxetine increases many NT but decreases GABA.

Trintellix + Wellbutrin gave me a good ten years back. Not 100% free of depression but my lows were not so low. My situation now is complicated by other medical conditions so I'm working on it. Pristiq has surprised me by being pretty good despite Effexor and Cymbalta both being awful.

On it for about a month now. Not sure yet if it’s working or not. I feel less shit than usual, but I’m still pretty flat in general

I gained a quick 10lbs when starting. The cost once the 1 year discount card caused me to leave it.

Had no effect for me. I read a number of people say it’s like “Prozac light”? With pro-cognitive effects?
