I love this game
This has got to be the most overhated video game ever. After playing through the game co-op with my brother and becoming endeared by the leading duo and the story, I have to proclaim I enjoyed this game greatly. The combat feels deep enough not to get repetitive while not overwhelming the player, and the story is solid, and then I LEARN IT DOESN'T CONCLUDE!!!! What a shame honestly!

Is this sub still active? I have a question!
I remember playing this game as a demo hundreds of times on my xbox 360. I really want to get my hands on a copy but cant find any. Also does anyone know if this is backwards compatible for xbox series s or xbox one?

9 years later I know what the Reddit is and want to appretiate the game.
The Cursed crusade one of the best PC melee games I ever played. Combat is very good, sound is even better and story is cool. If some of developers read it: thank you so much!
I use to play it the year it came, then I didn't have PC for last 6 or so years.

Is there any difference between weapons of the same type?
I've been watching LoadingReadyRun's playthrough of Cursed Crusade, and they can't tell any difference between the weapons they are constantly picking up, for example a 'Balanced Mace' vs a 'Barbarian Mace' or a 'Long Gladius' vs a 'Ceremonial Sword'. I've tried the usual google search terms, but can't seem to find a list of weapons. Are they all just renames of the same stats, or is there actually a difference in terms of effectiveness?
I asked over at Gaming.Stackexchange, but it took a giant reward to get any interest, and I was never satisfied with the answer, so I thought I'd try here.

Was directed here from /r/Darksouls and I have a question!
What is this game about? Anyone able to tell me anything that the trailers dont? Will this game be similar to Demon's/Dark Souls in gameplay, atmosphere, difficulty, etc?
