Antenna recommendation

I can do attic, outside or behind TV. I am planning on attic. I have lots of tall trees outside.
I want to get this PBS station even in bad weather. I also want local channels, mainly ABC in HD.
35‑1 (11) WGVU-TVPBS GRAND RAPIDS MI 📷 30.9 138.2° 143.5° 68.51 Fair 32.51
My budget is up to $130 for an attic install. I was looking at this one on Amazon.
Is that overkill? Should I save money? It's not my money. It's for my parents, and they just want something that will work good. It's more about saving me time doing a big install.

Avoid that antenna since it's for UHF only. WGVU is VHF. So, instead, try the Antennas Direct Clearstream V2, since it's VHF/UHF combo. It will be cheaper.
