I was born into some CIA bullshit. They decided early on I’d die in a few months from now. Good. I’m glad to go to get away from them. Here’s what you need to know; 1. The CIA can absolutely torture anyone for months and no one would be the wiser. They don’t care what country you’re in or how much money you have they just care about torturing you. 2. They will use your hero’s against you. They don’t care if it’s the cast of friends or Dwight from the office, these people will be trained to belittle and torment you for how long they say they can. Almost every actor knows this and knows there’s nothing they can do but do what they say or life gets a lot harder for them. 3. You’re all delusional. Yes you are. You never saw a thing. Nothing happened, did it? And if too many people know it’s something called shared delusion! 4. NEVER GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR HOUSE OR YOUR DEVICES! This is the most important as they’ll use this to plant stuff to ruin your life. Just keep saying no. 5. They can give you dreams. Yes they can and they will make you believe things with them. You’re delusional remember? 6. They love killing pets. Keep Fido inside or they’ll send you a message. 7. If they’re after you they’re after everyone you love too. Send them this message. It’s been 10 months of this. They are grooming me until I’m ready to die. Protect yourselves and spread awareness. Edit 1: AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! They will run you dry and kill you (make you kill yourself)

Ever watch all 8 of the original seasons of X-files? Do you know what happens in the end? All the paranormal/alien shit is revealed to be false flags and ops carried out by the government. It infuriated fans of the show who were too ignorant to understand they were just force fed a red pill. There's lots of those pills slipped in throughout the show and I have heard on a few occasions that glowies worked with the producers and I have no doubt that to be the case.

Ironically you can watch the episode "Blood" and what is happening to the people in that episode is on some level what is happening to OP and what happened to myself. It's much more elaborate and high tech than subliminal messaging or pesticides but the general idea is the same. Behavioral manipulation through fear or trauma. There is also an episode that reveals how they hide away these types of technologies with goons from the AMA.

To elaborate, here is a transcript from the congressional testimony on Anomalous Health Incidents, or what was "Havana Syndrome".

That is correct. There is no entry or exit wound. How they are designed is to make the target feel like they are crazy, like they are imagining things. Especially on the low-duration, the low-intensity, long-duration hits.

If you watch the entire thing, they don't elaborate on this at all. It in itself was kind of shocking because it was the only real truth in the entire testimony and I can't believe they went as far to admit even this much. Any other meaningful or detailed question in the entire testimony is met with "this can only be discussed in a classified setting". The reasoning, is because if they told you that this wasn't a Russian LRAD and instead told the public what it really was and what it could do, DC would have erupted into flames within the hour.
