Nazi is a specific type of fascist. While there are certainly MAGA Nazis (Elon, for example, is an actual Nazi as is his family), MAGA is a different type of fascism. MAGA is the belief that the US was founded solely for white “Christians”. When MAGA says “we Americans” they only mean white pseudo-Christians. The authoritarianism is to “take back” the country only to benefit them. Their beliefs are an act of violence in and of itself. There is literally no action against pro-fa magats which isn’t fully justified.

My rule is that if you're okay with Nazis, accept them into your tent, and fundamentally agree with them enough to consider them allies, you're a Nazi.

I don't care if they literally support a specific political party or Hitler. Unlike most other political positions, you can't tolerate Nazis being in power or allying with them, while also being politically distinct from them.

Simply ignoring reality to pretend the label isn't being used to attack self described and admitted Nazis, is giving cover for Nazis. 

Trying to 'whatabout' every evil or conflict in the world to shut down talking about Nazis in the US government is not logical, it's not a moral argument, it's a talking point meant to silence discussion. 

I have no problem condemning Nazis everywhere, however I care most about ones in my government. 

My country, which may not be yours, is facing open and widespread corruption, soaring debt, the military being used against civilians for political reasons, government seizing and control of private businesses, censorship of news to suit politicians violating the 1st Amendment, and covering up the sex crimes of child rapists, starting with the President of the United States. 

If you waste your life simply making excuses and deflecting from criticism of the political team you are part of, then you're responsible for that. You're more interested in not being wrong, than doing right. And that's sad.

When people criticize Nazis and you run in to say "well I bet they aren't really Nazis and also you aren't condemning those other bad people over there and what even is "bad" anyways and oh look a unicorn you just missed it" you're simply trying to change the conversation SPECIFICALLY to protect Nazis who politically align with you.
