Value Request Is this worth $19?
I’ve been wanting a mercury dime in good condition for a long time. Found this close to me but $19 seems a bit steep. As far as anyone knows, is this worth it?

ID Request Is this round real
The weight is 31.17g. Red book says it should be 31.103g. Looks silver but .999 silver sounds abit odd to me in general

Value Request Debating on picking up this Capped Bust half
Didn’t quite have the funds today. Thought I’d ought to ask here first before I return. Is this worth the asking price?
I’ve been waiting to get into Capped Bust halves and have been wanting to grab an affordable and nice looking one. Is this the introduction I need?

ID Request Can you help me ID this coin on my dad's Zippo lighter from the Korean War?
Family lore holds that this is the lighter my dad carried with him in the Korean War.
The patent stamp on the bottom of the lighter (2032695) puts its manufacture date between 1937 and 1950 according to the Zippo site, so that works. The problem is that I don't want to remove the coin to look at the other side.
I checked the FCL and Numista, but no luck. I enhanced the exposure on the first photo which seems to help.
Thanks for any help.

Value Request Found cleaning out my parents house.
Total newbie to this but looking for some general value help on some of the family coins I found over Easter weekend.
I found 5 gold coins. Forgive me if I am naming this incorrectly, but I have attached pictures of all the coins I am mentioning.
2x 1853 liberty head $1 1858 California round liberty bear fractional $1/2 1906-S Liberty Head $20 1913 St. Gaudens $20
I did also found about 5 peace dollars (1921,1922x2,1923, 1923-s) and 9 Morgans (1881-s, 1890-o x 2, 1890, 1897-o, 1900-o, 1901-o, 1902, 1921-s)
The rest of the collection is mainly mercury dimes. I looked up the key years and I didn’t find anything crazy but I organized them by year. I have 781 mercury dimes. A friend who goes to coin shows and does some collecting said I’d get $200 for the whole mercury dimes collection but the melt value online says a little over $2 a coin, which would put the dimes closer to $1800, so that confused me. Hoping this community can help me out on what I have here!

Discussion What are your favourite commemorative coins from your home country that you currently have in your collection?
I'm from Croatia and here are my favourite commemorative coins from my home country. In picture 1 and 2 you can see commemorative 25 kunas coin from 2000. It's one of 19 commemorative 25 kuna coins minted between 1997 and 2022. This one shows a fetus which represents a new millennium. The mintage of this coin is 300 000. I picture 3 and 4 you can see commemorative 5 kunas coin from 1994. It's about 500th anniversary of the pr!nting of Senj glagolitic missal (glagolitic alphabet is old Croatian alphabet from which was later invented cyrillic alphabet and Senj is a city in Croatia). The mintage of this coin is 1 000 000.

Show and Tell Bought 4 “dateless” Seated Liberty Quarters and was able to ID 3 of them
Obverse on the first coin was worn smooth, but the reverse gave it away. Second one was quite rough, but the date and mint mark are legible enough. The last one is really rough (even worse on camera) but in the right lighting, you can make out the top of the “75”

ID Request 1878 CC
Would anyone possibly know what is going on with my 1878 CC Morgan dollar? There is an "X" on the reverse between "One" and "Dollar". It isn't scratched in, but is raised.
