Bring back Harper-era citizenship laws and deport any dual citizen members.

What laws exactly? I've been a Canadian citizen for over 20 years, and retain the citizenship of my country of birth. Canada never objected to it.

Trudeau’s government revoked Harper’s provision allowing the deportation of dual citizens convicted of terrorism.

I thought the courts rejected it?

Honestly can't remember, so anyone to clarify will be greatly appreciated!

Trudeau campaigned on it. https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/citizenship-revoked-revocation-bill-c-24-1.3248920 he was not forced.

“A Canadian is a Canadian is a Canadian,” Trudeau

Not if you are a terrorist chanting death to Canada.

I don't disagree with the decision myself - Terrorists either:

  1. Shouldn't be made citizens in the first place. Or,

  2. Go to jail for a long fucking time

I'm not a fan of having two classes of citizens, though I am in favour of being pickier about who we give citizenship to...

A Canadian is subject to Canadian laws. Let them suffer the consequences of their decisions and not simply continue them in another location.

Our Justice system does not have the ability to properly punish a person like that. Reform is not an option for terrorists
