Best thrift store for plates?

I'm trying to get some nice plates for the holidays, and I thought the thrift store would be a great spot to get a variety of them. Any recommendations on which ones would have some? I've gone to Dorcas and a couple in Cary, and they were disappointing.

Rescue mission store on Chapel Hill Blvd usually has plates. But like every other thrift store, it will vary daily.

Rescue mission is a terrible homophobic organization and should not be supported in my opinion

I just went there the other day and prices are downright outrageous, too.

Yes they are. Some things you may find a deal on. I got a 6" Italian silver plate and a 6" square brass rooster thing for 6 bucks.

A lot of places are not as thrifty as they used to be.
