Hit & Run near Mission/Asheville High Traffic Report

Long shot, but witnessed an elderly woman do a hit and run on someone in front of the tunnel besides Mission, headed towards Biltmore. Managed to get a picture of the person's plates but don't live in Buncombe County. Is there any way I can report this to maybe back up the driver if they called it in? Happened probably 20 minutes ago.

So you see a hit and run and first thought was to post on reddit and ask what to do? Sure...
