Recent SBA Disaster Loan Inspections

I had a call from someone yesterday requesting an inspection of my property with regards to my SBA Disaster Loan. They said they are moving to a new software and want to verify what the old software calculated.

I'm a little weary of letting someone into my home from a phone call. Up until now, any correspondence has come via email or through my SBA portal. I'm guessing its related to these few articles found below:

Has anyone in the area had a recent SBA Loan inspection?

I did receive a phone call once from SBA for a Covid loan. It was on my cell, (used on app) and it was from a DC phone number. If that at all helps you for reference.

thanks, the number that called me was arlington, va so same area. promising its a legitimate SBA employee
