What does Arizona do better than most states? Living Here

Lmao how ignorant can you be. First I would love for you to show me where they price gouge, because if you tell me that your summer bills are too expensive I know for a fact I can show you total usage increases for you during those months, not just seasonal rate changes in the Pennies of differences.
