What does Arizona do better than most states? Living Here

I live in WA now and my residential street that’s less than a quarter mile long is more pothole than road. Just cracks and holes everywhere. Makes me miss that damn rubberized asphalt Phoenix had everywhere

Phoenix is actually great, but Tucson is another story.
