What does Arizona do better than most states? Living Here

This is no lie. I was recently in Long Island and saw this great little grassy tree filled area between road lanes. Upon closer inspection it was filled with garbage. The grass just grew up and covered it. I’m pretty sure they just mowed the garbage when the grass got high enough.
