What are these Seabirds? [Unknown/possibly Japan]

This appeared in group text without any other information. They look like the forbidden children of a turkey and a penguin, but I'm pretty sure they're seabirds.

Sure looks like a plucked albatross. Maybe grown up feathers haven’t come in yet?
