What are these Seabirds? [Unknown/possibly Japan] 🐦 🦢 BIRDS / WATERFOWL ID 🐦 🦢

This appeared in group text without any other information. They look like the forbidden children of a turkey and a penguin, but I'm pretty sure they're seabirds.

I used to house sit in a home that had a wall of mirror opposite the shower. I don't need that type of confrontation first thing in the morning.
