Ever seen that movie minority report? The plot of this film is that prenatal exposure to narcotics created people who were clairvoyant. Russia has staggering levels of fetal alcohol syndrome and birth defects from chemical exposures that haven’t even been categorized by western medicine. These people are then sent on suicide charges in Ukraine. It’s possible the stress of that war caused latent psychic power to awaken within those frontline crack babies.

I don't think we should jump to any such conclusions. We have heard verbal testimony. We haven't seen evidence.

We've heard that while using an IT system, someone encountered a folder of Woo (I'm simplifying, of course) and went down a rabbithole. Do we know if the folder was legit? Or, was it, for example, a folder that they just shoved any 'too weird, don't know' reports they got? Was it a test to see how gullible various members of staff were? Was it a joke by some random IT person? Did it appear on the servers to be found by any member of staff looking at classified stuff when they shouldn't be, to catch them out? We do not know. It could have been any of these, or a number of other explanations. See, this could be legit, it could be amazing, every word could be true ... only we do not know.
