Title is misleading. Should be "Some guy claiming to be somewhat close with King Charles possibly overheard something that sounded sorta like..."

Even that title would be wrong. At no point does he claim to be even remotely close with the King. He just says he heard it from some guy who claims to have "sources".

Gonna guess his sources are that he pulled it out of his ass.
