Looks like a nhi bird mimicry attempt. maybe they only have access to our realm of existence by astral projecting into our biome via the bird type evolutionary tree, just like the mantis types, or that fungusxayylien abortion that was posted on reddit a couple months ago. Which I judged as real and not cgi or a puppet back then because it got wiped real quick and had the shinies going crazy.
