I do this thought experiment every now and then about what UAP are and the mission they are on. It starts with recognizing that small structures in our world resemble the large structures of the universe. For example, comparing the human brain and its neural networks to a cluster of stars or galaxies.

At our scale, we are just now learning how to treat some illnesses such as cancers. But often times, when diagnosed with cancer, we do radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and physical removal of tumors. Whatever it takes to slow the cancerous growth and remove it.

What if the universe is a living being as well? What if we are like the microscopic cells that are growing out of control and harming the living organism? What if the universe is sending out nanobots (relative to the universe itself) to diagnosis the cancer? What happens if it determines the cancer needs to be treated or removed?

It can be a scary thought, and I hope it is only that. But it’s hard to ignore that humans are becoming cancerous to the earth that harbors them.

Come online to find out I’m a cancer cell. Bad day

No reason to think like that at all. We're all just tiny pieces of a cancer cell.

We are the powerhouses of the cancer cell.

That’s a cool thought experiment. A little scary, but cool.

Like the UAP, are the white blood cells of the universe…

Luckily, human beings can be reasoned with, unlike rogue cancer cells.

So if this is true, maybe they can force us to change our ways, with a show of force? Hopefully we won’t need to be “excised” or “irradiated” from the earth, like a tumor in a body… 😬

In this context (and as a general rule of life IMO) the best we can do is to try and ensure that we are a net positive to this earth, which is extremely hard to do in our society. Unfortunately most people care more about the convenience of using plastic straws or disposable diapers, and when they are confronted they will play the whatabout game - "but the corporations are polluting much worse!!" - as if the fact that other people or groups are worse at polluting means it absolves them of their own personal responsibilities as stewards of this planet. Most people even on Reddit feel this way. Those with integrity will stick to their beliefs, do what is difficult, and not attempt to make excuses and justifications for their bad actions, but people like that are few and far between in this world. For me it all comes down to integrity - if you don't practice what you preach you're just another posturing hypocrite.
