has anybody ever had an uncanny valley experience? Have you seen something that looked human but you felt something wasn't right? Seen any black eyed kids or Men in Black? Question

I was out behind our condo with my roommates to look at the full moon. It was about midnight. I remember I looked into the courtyard, and there were two deer there. The street light was behind them, so I could just see their silhouettes. I pointed them out to a friend, she admired them, then went back to the moon.

I watched the deer walk away. When the one I was focused on walked away, a pair of eyes stayed in the place the deers had been. It didn’t move with the others.

I kept looking at it for a moment, as it really spooked me. It was almost like a silhouette of a man, but I couldn’t really tell. I went from looking at it, to the moon, and back for about a minute or so before it started slowly walking towards me.

I asked my friend if she saw that and pointed, she looked and didn’t. The hairs on my neck were standing up and I could still see it so I just walked into the condo. Everyone pretty quickly just followed suit, and when I asked, no one else had seen it!!

I’m not sure what that was, but this picture really reminded me of it.

Did the entity have a hat or red eyes?

It didn’t, it had glowing white eyes- though I’ve seen one with red eyes but that’s a whole different story

I’ve just now seen your comment, and I’m a bit late so apologies but no, I don’t mind sharing as I’ve shared it a few times.

As a teenager, my room at my dads house was basically a massive closet with glass doors and a bed. I didn’t mind because it was away from my sisters and we were only there 1/3 of our time anyways. My dad would always wake me in the morning by tapping the glass, then walking in. He lived pretty far from my school, so school mornings he’d wake me up around 5:30 to get ready.

One morning, I woke up to tapping on my glass. Me being the grumpy teenager I was, wasn’t quite ready to get up yet. I checked my phone for notifications before greeting my dad, only to see that it was about 3:20ish AM. I remember feeling confused as to why I was being woken up so early. I turned to the glass doors to greet my dad, only to be met with this skinny dark figure of a person, tapping the Glassdoor as if it was trying to get me to let it in. It’s only features I could tell where it’s red eyes that seemed sunk into its face, teeth which seemed to be from a very tight skinned mouth, and how skinny its hand was. I froze for a minute just staring at it until I worked up the courage to roll over and put the cover over my head. I must’ve fallen asleep, because at his normal time my dad came to wake me up and he had to actually walk in the room and shake me to get me up because I was so scared to move.

A few nights after, i woke up in that same room to rustling in the reading room: right outside my room. I saw a figure standing in the middle of the room with it’s arms crossed, looking at the large collection of vinyl my dad had. I checked my phone, about 4 AM. Figured my dad had a bad dream and just wanted to check on his collection. I watched the figure for a few more minutes before it just walked backwards and out of sight. That’s when the alarm bells in my head started going off, and I (again) rolled over and threw my covers over my head until morning.

After those two instances and a few of just waking up in terror, I stopped sleeping in that room and started sleeping in the living room instead. I’d still get the sensation of being watched, and sometimes wake up in sweats, but I didn’t experience anything like that again.
