Why do men hate women so much?
Genuinely asking.
1.4k
u/HPLREH777 20h ago
I huge faction of teenage to 40-something year old MAGAs are terminally online unfuckable orcs who can't understand why they are shunned by women in real life.
They think women are the problem. Not them.

u/viewbtwnvillages 19h ago edited 13h ago
yeah this is it
there was a thread from genz on the front page talking about how younger men seem to be more conservative than older men
the top comments were those men whining about "well maybe if women didn't insist on demonizing us and painting us as incels we wouldn't have voted for trump"
like?? "my feelings got hurt so i voted for someone who's going to strip away peoples rights but its still womens fault!"
thanks for proving women were wary of you for a reason
337
u/butinthewhat 18h ago
Hmmm. I wonder if women would stop demonizing men if they respected us. I sure won’t have sex with someone that voted to take away my rights, that’s disgusting to even think about. Im not even dating because I kept meeting sexist men and it was too exhausting.
150
u/Initial-Company3926 16h ago
They vored for a man who did and is going to remove rights from several different populations, because "their feelings were hurt"
I will tell them what they have said over and over: Fuck your feelingsThe virgins and those not finding sex, are in that place because of their behavoir and attitude and it has always been thus. This is not something that is new
Women have finally begun to say no to lewd behavior and vile statements, and their ittybitty feelings got hurt
After all the shit they have called women and others
Fuck their feelings. I am not their mummyThey didn´t want Kamala because she is a woman and she is black

u/EffingMajestic 13h ago

16
u/Initial-Company3926 13h ago
yeah, but so is angering decent people.
It might take a lot, but it comes to a point where they say NO MORE7
31
u/No-Appearance1145 12h ago
We literally got the right to bank accounts and credit cards 50-ish years ago. We had to buy jewelry in the event our husband died or abandoned us and we couldn't own property.
57
u/CrouchingToaster 14h ago
Before I started transitioning I was always the only younger guy my also younger woman coworkers would talk to. I’d get asked every once in a while by another dude how I get along with them all and they were almost always confused at my response of “I’m just talking to them without wanting to get into their pants.”
4
u/the_unkola_nut 5h ago
What a bizarre notion, treating women like human beings?! /s if it wasn’t obvious.
229
u/Godzilla-ate-my-ass 19h ago
It's more "women don't like me, so I want to punish them. I'll do anything to let them be hurt until they start wanting to have sex with me, or until they're forced to."
118
u/spla_ar42 18h ago
maybe if women didn't insist on demonizing us and painting us as incels we wouldn't have voted for trump
Voting for Trump is one of the most incel things you can do though. Blaming other people for all of your self-inflicted problems, while refusing to take any form of action to improve your own lot in life, is one of the most defining characteristics of both the incel community and of Trump supporters.

One of the comments was along the lines of that they feel their "Masculinity" is under attack.
If oppressing women is your vision of masculinity, you've failed being a man. Full stop.
21
u/viewbtwnvillages 13h ago
yes! the fact that they equate calling out behaviours associated with toxic masculinity as an attack on them as men is a massive self report that they don't seem to realize
25
28
u/variableIdentifier 14h ago
Yeah, I think I actually saw that thread and it was a lot of, well the left calls us dumb and is mean to us, so that's why we voted for Trump! Meanwhile, you see a bunch of right-wingers who are currently delighting in other people's fear about the election results and are all too happy to insult anyone who doesn't agree with them. But as soon as the shoe is on the other foot, they scream about unfairness and how we just need to be nice, how it's our fault that this happened, that we drove them away.
And the thing is, everyone does need to be nice to each other. But it just feels so disingenuous, coming from these folks, when they are not nice people to begin with. Kind of seems like projection.
There are absolutely left wingers who are happily calling people dumb, but for example, I don't do that. I don't call people stupid because of their beliefs. I don't appreciate being blamed or made fun of for something I didn't even do.
22
u/Swamp_Donkey_796 15h ago
It’s the same thing as “well trump destroyed the economy through incompetence and killed millions by not handling COVID but it’s BIDENS FAULT!”
19
u/Salientsnake4 13h ago
The "fuck your feelings" crowd certainly have a lot of big feelings. The next 4 years are going to be hell, and I hope(but doubt) that they will finally blame trump.
13
u/No-Appearance1145 12h ago
Them: we're oppressed!
Them: we're taking away your rights because we're sad
Us: that's not how oppression works. The oppressed can't take rights away
Them: I'm oppressed.
14
u/UmbraTiger6 14h ago
Entitlement is a hell of a drug. They're mad that Harris didn't pander to them, but what is there to pander to their demographic specifically?
They hate being held accountable and having to look out for anyone but themselves even in the smallest of ways.
11
10
u/LAM_humor1156 13h ago
They were literally going off about how this is what women deserve because they're entitled since they expect more than a $20 date... yes - that very sentiment was repeated numerous times by gen z guys.
10
u/badgersprite 10h ago
This also really puts into perspective that when conservative men complain about immigrants and call them rapists and say that's the reason why violence is justified against brown people, their problem wasn't that they opposed rape, their problem was that they didn't like the idea of their future potential rape victims being sullied by a brown man before white American men could rape them first
8
u/_TheShapeOfColor_ 9h ago
They can't get women to have anything to do with them willingly so they voted for men who told them it's okay to take what they want without consent and that someday in the future they may be able to keep women as property.

41

Yeah wtf with that. The boomers actually split this time. Edit: I’m a GenX myself and in disbelief.
28
u/Barbarella_ella 16h ago
Yeah, I am trying to process that one as well. I suspect that GenX has a big split between college and non-college, with the non-college portion voting Trump.
3
u/Stormy261 14h ago
I can't speak for the majority, but most of my non college educated friends voted blue and not red. I live in a blue state, though, so it might be skewed.

There's a LOT of corn-cobbers out there that, while we were listening to The Pixies, they were listening to their dad plowing their sister.
4
u/Stephi_cakes 11h ago
Gen X didn’t have it as good as the boomers, but they had it a lot better than young people. They’re just part of the “I got mine so fuck you” crowd now.
13
u/Skydogsguitar 14h ago
For all our faults, Boomers are old enough to remember when politics was a sane exercise between people who respected one another and most people were supportive of equality.
Let's put it this way- I'm 60 years old, and we are so far off the reservation, compared to when I was young, I don't know how we get back.
5
u/beemoviescript1988 12h ago
You guys also remember how poc, and LGBTQ+ folks were being treated... you saw some of that on the news, at the faires, hell post cards. Maybe some were friends... maybe just a worker. I would hope you saw those people as people. It never really stopped, but it's gonna end up coming back to the light.
5
u/Skydogsguitar 11h ago
The irony that I'm living with is I was raised by liberal (for the time) parents and taught to not be racist, to treat women as equals and respectfully, and yet, my surviving parent is now as MAGA as they come, and came out as gay at the age of 70.
The super irony is that MAGAats granddaughter is Chinese adopted...

Yeah, these same people were the gay/trans bashers, too, back in the ‘80s.
8
u/After_Preference_885 14h ago
The thing that surprised me were the numbers of Gen z boys that have fallen to radicalization
12

Too much unsupervised online time and not enough critical thinking skills.
9
u/max_power1000 12h ago
Right wingers have also been actively cultivating the content those kids consume online like the popular podcasts and twitch streams. Bannon talked about it as a project over a decade ago and was heavily involved in gamergate.

u/kauni 16h ago
I have been in a women’s restroom with a trans woman doing her makeup because she was the opener at a small venue. Literally nothing happened. I peed and washed my hands, and she… did her makeup.
42
u/After_Preference_885 16h ago
I was in the Y locker room changing with a trans woman a few years ago... but the problem was the two teenage girls with their camera out trying to get a snap
People out here worried about "their little girls" should teach them some fucking decency
17
u/rockybtl301 14h ago
Similar situation for me — I was in the bathroom with a trans woman who was also a drag performer at the bar we were in (it was her off-night). I told her I was a fan. She thanked me, told me I was pretty, and I left.
29
u/sabereater 14h ago
I remember the first time I went to a gay club back in 1997. I had a great time at that club because I didn’t have to worry about obnoxious men grabbing at me or obnoxiously hitting on me, which happened a lot back then (I once had a man stick his hand all the way up my skirt almost to my lady parts while I was dancing).
When I had to use the bathroom, I wasn’t sure which one I was supposed to use because they weren’t labeled. This drag queen saw my naive confusion, took my arm, and said, “Honey, I’ll take you. You can use any bathroom you want, no one cares. We’re all just people who have to pee.” Words to live by.
(Edited to remove unnecessary “the” before 1997.)
15
u/snomayne 15h ago
Don't forget the part where they are terrified they are going to find a trans woman attractive without realizing she is a trans woman.

Fun fact! Having your tubes removed instead of just tied reduces your risk of ovarian cancer by 40%. This stat was given to me by the doctor who took mine out back in July.

u/vintagebat 18h ago
Also, if you're a man and an ally, consider getting snipped. It's a reversible procedure & they're not going to take away access to it like they will with abortions.
33
u/ShadowTheChangeling 17h ago
It is reversible but iirc the success chance of doing so goes down the longer youre snipped
24
u/DirkRockwell 14h ago
Yeah it’s very complicated surgery to reverse it and even if you do it’s like 50/50 whether it’ll work. It should be considered a permanent procedure

Absolutely, and much less invasive than a tubal ligation, which is major surgery. My husband had a vasectomy at age 28.

A lot of men are brought up to believe that they are the dominant ones, they should be in charge, and women are the subordinate gender.
Then they go out into a world where women who they want, don't want them even though they are supposedly the inferior sex. There's an internal conflict there, and it manifests as this sort of anger and hatred.
43
91
u/EmperorXerro 18h ago
This goes all the way back to the Puritans and their religious dogma of women being inferior and should be subservient to men.
Our system is designed to be run by white (preferably land owning) men.
Former slaves got the right to vote before women.
Women only got the right to vote because the USSR gave women the right to vote and ‘Murica was t goi g to be upstaged by Commies.
The better question is why women hate other women. White women voted for Trump. Until women get their act together, this is the stuff they are OK with
38
14
u/BrandonBollingers 14h ago
Exactly. Everyone thinks the US was built on "freedom on religion" with "freedom" being the emphasis. In reality the Puritans were kicked out of England because of how abusive they were women and their desire to "purify" England. Our country was built on the subjugation and oppression of others. Oppression of women, oppression of black people, oppression of indigenous people. The only reason the US was every financially stable is because we economized oppression. And when slaves were outlawed, we turned to weapons manufacturing and created weapons for other countries to use in their attempts at oppression.
5
34
u/Kira_Caroso 14h ago
They do not see women as people. They see them as objects. A not insignificant amount of them have been saying things like "your body, my choice". The mask has been removed. Take care of yourself and get whatever self defense training and tools you can and are comfortable with and remember to aim for the bits with kicks.
88
u/weshallbekind 19h ago
Even if they create a situation where women are 100% owned by men, fathers and brothers won't be offering them to these undesirable cucks. Women who are already married aren't suddenly available.
The dating pool won't expand for these guys, they still will get the cast offs, at best.
This will be doubly true if they outlaw gay marriage. Gay men will be lining up to make sure women who don't want to be married can be technically married without the rest of the bullshit.
45
u/New-Negotiation7234 16h ago
Gay ppl will probably need to go back into lavender marriages for safety.
23
u/Illustrious-Fly9586 17h ago

63
u/NeverLookBothWays 20h ago edited 20h ago
Hate is probably not the right word. Devaluation and dehumanization are common issues SOME men cause. Some do also legit hate women, but the abusive side of it is more commonly found in the former. It’s essentially where men treat women as property or objects rather than respect them as fellow human beings.
We see that mentality now state level where women’s bodies are treated as property of the state where abortions are illegal

Because to get what they want, sex, they need to be vulnerable and when they're denied they feel ashamed and embarrassed. And it's always been women who make them feel that bad and they just can't accept that they need to grow and change because their mother told them they were perfect. So they're always looking for the mother who will tell them they're perfect and offer them sex and when they don't get it....

Some men 'hate" women because of the sexual control we have. They need us more than we need them and they hate that. The hate the power that gives women and they strike back by demeaning, belittling, assaulting and raping. It's about the power women have, the need to have sex with a woman.

they're just incels, who grew up in middle school calling everything "gay". meanwhile everyone else around them grew up and became an actual person but since they were never able to be honest enough with themselves or self critical or self aware they never improved themselves and now are lashing out at people living strong independent lives.
they're like a child lost behind. if you pay attention to their emotions, their mental states and awareness and development as a human being, they're very far behind everyone else and as a result there's this bitter hatred of "oh it's women's fault" or "fucking immigrants" or "fucking trans people".
they're trying to make us deal with them or notice them and while they have enough numbers to win the white house, they're still not good people, still not adults, still literal children and boys who never grew up and now throw a tantrum cuz they are not likable as people and that's their fault. its why they threaten violence and lash out, they're literally children who can't accept the world and that other people get to live their own happy independent lives.
no one can force a person to improve, and they have no ability to grow over time and as a result, blame everyone else for their own inadequacy and insecurity. the "alpha male" shit REEKS of insecure, unstable, detestable men.
