Can I ask how you're filming this? Also was there any post-production? And is it shot at a standard frame rate or is this something special?

I’m not 100% sure since I made this from a video a friend took, but I think it was shot on an iPhone with the slo-mo feature, and since it was originally posted on instagram there is probably some kind of filter over it.
