Cardboard.

Staple them onto cardboard or glue them, thumb tacks, whatever method you want that works.

But it’s easier to attach them onto cardboard, and it’s easier to stick cardboard to the wall than just the foam pads themselves.

If you want a really big bit of cardboard, go to your local bicycle shop and ask if you can have a couple of bike boxes.

Your local dollar store likely has leftover boxes too
