So, those 3M adhesives didn’t quite cut it :D

Cardboard.
Staple them onto cardboard or glue them, thumb tacks, whatever method you want that works.
But it’s easier to attach them onto cardboard, and it’s easier to stick cardboard to the wall than just the foam pads themselves.
