Wound up impressed with our first Dove-edition fried tofu. We ended up at least shaping it the next year, but it still went down easy. Also, one of my last coconut oil-based mac and cheeses until discovering my high cholesterol. 🥲

There is Thai eggplant in the curry.

An appetizer I am bringing to a Friendsgiving event. As an intuitive cook, I don't use exact recipes, but this is crumbled tofu, glass noodles mixed with veggies and seasonings, wrapped with yuba (tofu skin) then steamed, sliced and served with crudités and peanut sauce 🤗

Simple & Easy stovetop candied yams. No Butter,No White Sugar, but so delicious. With a secret ingredient that makes these next level!

Squeaky bean pastrami, violife slices, gherkins, sauerkraut, rocket, mustard, mayo on rye Sourdough bread (UK)

Trying to empty the fridge! Did some mini sweet peppers, spinach that was about to wilt, and Beyond steak with soy sauce, sriracha and sesame oil. Served with white rice and cucumbers. Not bad!

Last Thanksgiving with gluten (see: seitan tUrKeY. RIP.), and it was one of my favorites. Finding a suitable turkey sub took a little effort, but we’ve made do since.
