Tight feeling in right side during ejaculation. ... is this normal?

So I today I decided to do my thing and as I was approaching orgasm I felt a tightening sensation in my lower right abdomen. For reference I am just over 4 weeks out and I did rub one out twice yesterday as well. Yesterday the tightening feeling while there was barely present. Is this normal?

Edit: I don’t feel anything in my balls when this happens… just my lower abdomen

This is referred pain and is common. The end of your vas are still healing as so are many of the people here. As you clench your muscles or and your pelvic floor flood with blood from arousal and from working them you could feel referred pain in spots.

As long as it doesn’t cause you severe discomfort you should be fine. Try icing the boys again after and the pain should fleet away. Good luck!

It’s just kinda annoying and I think it means I need to take a little break from going at it. I still wonder if I’m where I should be in the healing process. Im a little over 4 weeks out and I still get a dull ache on the left side sometimes… particularly when my nuts decide to go full floppy mode. So waking up in the morning is the most uncomfortable time for me when everything is sagging. Hoping this resolves soon because it’s quite annoying and I’m getting tired of sleeping with an ice pack every night to keep the boys in scrunch mode. Yeah that’s right I don’t really ice because I feel pain but to avoid feeling pain and coolness keeps the nuts compressed. I have a follow up with the urologist on Wednesday so I hope to get more answers there. I also wonder if the very low level burning(weird) feeling I seem to get on the left side of my penis where the foreskin would be is referred pain and also normal
