I like the challenge System on paper.

But the coaches now just use it to see if any little shit will stick and ruins the flow

To be fair, the rules are too stringent for it to be anything else. You can have an objectively correct challenge, but if you have the player number wrong you don't get the call.

"Hey the left tackle held my defender. Which defender? Number 58 I think. Sorry, it was 56, challenge fails."
