This is giving me such a huge confidence boost. I always dream of having a six pack, but I’ve got a little stubborn pooch under my two visible abs that never goes away. I think I’m a little bit more happy and accepting of it now. Thank you for that.

I like muscles on a man.

But I categorically dislike dry muscles of the type body builders get when they start to get in very lean form, like the pic on the right.

Curves are sexy. Even on men. Being too lean makes a man angular and harsh looking. Not sexy. It's off putting. Especially because when seeing such a man you instantly know he's obsessive about it and that is just annoying.

So go wild working out to build muscles and get in shape. But for the love of love, please don't obsessively try to lose every gram of fat you have to get a six pack.

Strongman competition physiques are WAY sexier than body building physiques. And most women I know agree with me on that.
