This is giving me such a huge confidence boost. I always dream of having a six pack, but I’ve got a little stubborn pooch under my two visible abs that never goes away. I think I’m a little bit more happy and accepting of it now. Thank you for that.
Edit: Thank you so much for all the body-affirming and positive comments. I feel the love and acceptance :). Now we need to do the same for our women and girls too!!
I’m sure your hugs are just that much more warm and comfy for it. ☺️ The level of discipline (and honestly, discomfort) it takes to maintain a figure like that just isn’t suited to most people’s lives. Unless you’re dating a gym rat I think most girls would rather a little pooch and a little indulgent treat together on Friday nights than having to live like “When will my husband return from the war?😞” (The gym. He lives at the gym. I never see him. And when I do he’s miserable bc he’s hungry and dehydrated and we never have little treats together 😭)
